We do this through our three core Development Programmes, Change+, Tech+ and Data+. Each of these 3+ year programmes have been created in alignment with the 70:20:10 learning philosophy, a holistic approach that states a combination of 70% hands-on learning, 20% social learning, and 10% formal training is the most effective way to learn. Whilst on our programmes, our Analysts improve their hard and soft skills every day through different yet complementary learning experiences, including project work, coaching and mentoring, and training intervention from our in-house Learning and Development Team. The result is curious, adaptable and digitally-savvy professionals with the mindset and skillset to help our clients reach their organisational goals.
